Biotech Training Facility is a leading expert in customized training. Approximately 80% of the courses we develop are customized to meet the specific training needs of our clients.

The training topics are as diverse as our facility. Our fully equipped cleanrooms (A/B, C, D), laboratories and technical areas are used for a wide range of (bio)pharmaceutical training purposes. We can adapt to any scenario specific to biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing companies or organisations such as hospitals, pharmacies, schools and universities, consultants, medical device manufacturers and more. Our experienced trainers will work with you to put together a high-quality course tailored to your own procedures, work instructions and equipment.

Working Together

Our collaborative process consists of 5 building blocks that ensure an effective, successful customized training: explore, exchange, agree, implement and assess.

We ensure a smooth process by assigning a dedicated contact person.
Together we define your specific training needs and goals.
Based on our experience we determine the most effective training methods for your situation and budget.
We discuss with you the options regarding the course duration, which may vary from a single morning, one or two days to a more in depth long-running program.
To help you compile your own customized training program, we have developed a training menu, consisting of lists of possible topics organized per category.

After the course we gather structured feedback from all participants by means of questionnaires.
We share the evaluation results with you in order to provide insight into the training's effectiveness.
At a later stage we like to discuss your assessment of the training, so that we can decide together on any amendments or follow-up.
