Program for unemployed people and lateral entrants
In collaboration with the “Werkgeversservicepunt - Holland Rijnland”, an extensive 5-day training program for unemployed people or people who want to make a career switch to the Bio Science Industry has been developed. And proven to be very successful.
During the training, the trainees learn the basics about GMP and Vaccine production so they have a better chance of finding a job in this industry. The training ends with a Meet & Greet with employers that have been asked to join the program. On average, 50% of the participants find employment in the bioscience industry.

A good course that goes deep enough to give a clear picture of GMP, but with enough breathing space to let the information sink in. And plenty of room for humor!
The trainers were experienced and answered all the questions that arose, in addition to being friendly and open. Another great thing was the activities, the workshops, and being able to work in groups
