Training program for University students
The first two editions for second-year master's students at Leiden University and LUMC who are taking the elective course “Practical Aspects of Quality Management in Pharma and Biotech” have been successfully completed. The course has now grown into an annual elective.
This elective course is offered to students of BPS (Biopharmaceutical Sciences), BMS (Biomedical Sciences), and Chemistry and Life Science Technology (Leiden University and Delft University of Technology). The following topics are covered in this course:
Introduction to GMP
Quality systems
Microbial control
Introduction to upstream processing
Introduction to downstream processing
Introduction to ATMPs
Vaccine development
Introduction to audits and inspections
